We own a eco-friendly built factory in Dong Guan with approximately 1,000 workers in total which focus on the 4Rs – Reduce, Recycle, Replace and Reuse.

Reduce - We use power saving Fluorescent Lamp to reduce electricity usage from 48W to 22W and 75% of heat produced.

Recycle - The hot water for shower in dormitory is recycled from steams generated in production line.

​

Replace - We use steam as an energy source to generate electricity by our own generators. These are used for powering up our air conditioning unit during the summer days.

Reuse – Our in house water treatment plant handles around 300 tons of water per day. Around 50% - 60% of waste water are filtered in our in house water treatment unit and were reused in various ways like toilet flushing 

​

We have various sources of suppliers from around the world, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Italy and Germany.

RECYCLED MATERIALS

Polyester fibers are recycled from used plastic bottles, plastic sheets or used garments to spin into new yarns. Pre-consumer yarns are recycled to blend in with other recycled fibers to reduce wasted tops.
